Since 1983, the three leading international arbitral institutions annually co-organise a joint colloquium that covers significant topics in international arbitration. This year’s event focuses on best practice in key areas of international arbitration. Sessions will address practical challenges faced by practitioners—i.e. ethical dilemmas, media scrutiny, compliance with awards—and offer guidance from experts in the field on how to manage these effectively. As in past years, the leadership of ICSID, the ICC Court and ICDR-AAA will also discuss priorities and trends at their respective institutions.
