Briefing With US Negotiators on ISDS Reform at UNCITRAL

USCIB will hold a briefing with the U.S. negotiating team on Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) Reform at the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Working Group III focuses on the issue at UNCITRAL and just held its 39th session in early October. The briefing will take place on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 2pm EST.
We will be joined by Karin Kizer, Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Private International Law in the Office of the Legal Adviser of the Department of State, and lead negotiator on ISDS Reform at UNCITRAL. She will also be joined by colleagues from the State Department and USTR for our discussion.
