This is an in-person only event featuring discussion from Claire Starza Allen, Global Director of Legal and Commercial at Kin + Carta, Joshua Fellenbaum, Arbitration & International Disputes Chair of Tucker Ellis LLP, Marek Krasula, Director of Arbitration and ADR, North America of ICC, and Quo Vadis Cobb, Vice President of Internal Audit at Jacobs. Lee Fisher, Dean of Cleveland State University College of Law, will provide opening remarks, and Mark J. Sundahl, Professor of Law at Cleveland State University will moderate the discussion.

This program will help corporate counsel and law firm practitioners to decide which dispute avoidance and resolution tools are right for their business or clients. Panelists will explore the nuances of both domestic and international arbitration, including drafting arbitration clauses, confidentiality considerations, managing costs, timing of awards, expedited arbitration, arbitrator selection, and document production. Panelists will also share innovations and practical tips to save time and costs and discuss how to better align arbitration with the needs and expectations of businesses.
