ICC Arbitration Series: Tools for In-House Counsel is an online seminar series designed to help the participants get the fundamental knowledge and practical tools about the ICC arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
This interactive series will include four seminars that will be organized in alternate weeks over two months:
- ICC Arbitration: How it works
- ADR: Which dispute resolution tool to choose
- How to draft a dispute resolution clause
- How much arbitration costs
Each seminar will last from 60 to 90 minutes.
Who should attend?
This is an excellent opportunity for in-house counsel, practicing lawyers, and business professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the ICC arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as to ask their questions to our speakers and experts.
