ICC Business Roundtable on Cybercrime

Please see the recently released issue brief developed by the ICC Working Group on Cybersecurity calling for Government Action on Cybersecurity
To further explore the issues raised in the brief, ICC will host an ICC Business Roundtable on Cybersecurity, to take place virtually on January 10 at 15:00 CET.
ICC considers it essential that businesses and governments have a shared understanding of how to conceptualise cybersecurity risks, targets, impacts, and responses, including national and international laws and norms.
Conversations at the roundtable will inform the development of ICC’s next cybersecurity issue brief on the implementation of international norms and rules for cybersecurity and measures to counter cybercrime, as well as ICC’s positions in global policy conversation on cybercrime, including discussions currently underway in the UN General Assembly 3rd Committee on an International Convention on Countering the Use of ICTs for Criminal Purposes.
