Taking place during California Arbitration Week, this hybrid panel will propose and examine innovative strategies for effective oral advocacy at every stage of arbitration proceedings. Panelists will provide concrete tips to help attendees take their oral advocacy skills—in-person, in hybrid settings, and online—to the next level. The session will also explore creative approaches to persuade tribunals, such as research findings in other disciplines, including psychology. The audience will be invited to engage with the panelists and vote on the proposals. Lunch will be provided.
