State Department Stakeholder Meeting on Plastic Pollution Treaty

The State Department will be hosting a virtual briefing for U.S. Industry Stakeholders on Wednesday, July 6, from 9:30-10:30am ET. This Administration briefing will debrief on the Ad Hoc Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) meeting to prepare for the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) on a legally binding instrument on plastics pollution held May 30 – June 1, and also discuss next steps in preparation for the first INC meeting later this year.
