Hear from two leading experts about recent changes and initiatives that may fundamentally alter the landscape of investor-state dispute resolution. Tom Sikora of Exxon Mobil Corporation and Patrick Pearsall of Allen & Overy will discuss recent significant developments and pending initiatives in the ISDS process and how they may impact companies.

Tom is the Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and a specialist in the arbitration of energy disputes with almost three decades of experience. Patrick represents several Fortune 100 companies seeking to protect their foreign investments and was the Chief of Investment Arbitration under Presidents Obama and Trump, where he defended the United States in claims brought under investment treaties and negotiated key trade agreements.
