US Chamber of Commerce Virtual Event on Eliminating Forced Labor

USCIB VP for CR and Labor Affairs Gabriella Rigg Herzog will moderate a panel during a U.S. Chamber of Commerce event on the role businesses play in detecting and eliminating forced labor.

The event will begin with a keynote from Robert A. Destro, U.S. Department of State, on forced labor in China. Marcia Eugenio, U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), Josh Kagan, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), and James W. McCament, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will discuss the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force under Section 741 of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act. Gabriella Rigg Herzog, United States Council for International Business (USCIB), will moderate this session.
