VAT Symposium: Implications of Cross-Border Modern Commerce

Business at OECD and USCIB, in cooperation with Baker & McKenzie, National Foreign Trade Council, Software Finance and Tax Executives Council, and The Tax Council, are hosting a one-day exclusive meeting on Tuesday, December 3rd for U.S. enterprises to receive cutting edge insights into the VAT implications of cross-border modern commerce.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from and engage directly with expert speakers, including the VAT policy leadership team in the OECD and other global VAT policy leaders.

Confirmed speakers for the symposium, which will be moderated by Carol Doran Klein of USCIB, include Piet Battiau, Head of Consumption Taxes, OECD, and Ludwig De Winter, Deputy Head, VAT Policy and Legislation, EU Commission. The program will include:

Your participation is free. Lunch will be provided, and the program will be followed by a reception between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
