The 72nd Session of the World Customs Organization (WCO) Harmonized System Committee (HSC) will take place from September 18 – 29, 2023. Jeff Bensing, USCIB, and Ken Montgomery, Technology Trade Regulation Alliance (TTRA), will represent the ICC delegation at this meeting.
