What are the USCIB/ICC USA Neutrals Databases?

USCIB’s goal is to ensure that we have accurate and current information on all neutrals. These Databases are applicable to all U.S. nationals, wherever located, interested in being considered for ICC arbitrations and ADR proceedings, including mediations and expertise matters. We also welcome profiles from non-national neutrals residing in the United States.

To create a profile, click one of the databases above.

What is the process of setting up a profile?

  1. Select your database.
  2. Under “Need an account?”, click on “Sign Up,” enter your details, then submit.
  3. You will be prompted to go back to the sign-in page where you would enter your email and password.
  4. Once logged in, you will be able to start setting up your profile.

Can I edit my profile after creating it?

Yes, you have the ability at any stage to edit or update your profile. We encourage you to routinely update your profile on our Databases.

How long does my profile account last?

It is important that you regularly update your profile. Your profile will stay active. If your profile has not been updated within three years, it will be deleted.
