USCIB’s Arbitration Nominations Commission

USCIB/ICC USA is the ICC’s U.S. national committee, and when the ICC International Court of Arbitration® (“ICC Court”) or the ICC ADR Centre asks us to do so, we propose US nationals with the required qualifications to serve in each case. We also propose non-nationals residing in the United States. This process is administered by the USCIB Arbitration Nominations Commission, which interacts with the Secretariat of the ICC Court to enhance the appointment process.
