Lebovitz Quoted in Bloomberg Law on EU’s Tax Legislation

Michael Lebovitz, Senior Vice President, International Tax at USCIB, provided his expertise in a Bloomberg Law article, EU Debates Locking US Companies Out of Corporate Tax Streamline, published on September 29. In the article, Lebovitz notes that not providing US ultimate parent entities an exemption creates “unnecessary compliance and a confusing layer of complexity.”
