The USCIB Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Chenai Kirkpatrick, Director of Global Policy & Regulatory Affairs at SHRM, to its Board of Directors. SHRM, the world’s largest association representing HR professionals and businesses, is a valued member of both USCIB.  

Norine Kennedy, Executive Director of the USCIB Foundation, welcomed this addition to the Foundation’s Board, noting that “Chenai’s energy and thought leadership will strengthen the Foundation’s work and vision, and we look forward to engaging SHRM’s tools and capabilities.” 

In her role at SHRM, Kirkpatrick leads initiatives in workplace immigration, labor relations policy, regulatory affairs, and global policy. She also oversees SHRM’s J-1 Visa Exchange Program. SHRM’s active involvement in The USCIB Foundation’s initiatives underscores the organization’s commitment to advancing global workplace standards.
