USCIB in the News: Tax Notes Article, “OECD Aware of Issues With Pillar 2 and Investment Treaties,” Focuses on USCIB-OECD International Tax Conference

The USCIB-OECD International Tax Conference, held June 22-23 in Washington DC, was the focus of a Tax Notes Article on June 24. Several panelists, including USCIB members and staff were quoted regarding their expert perspectives on issues under Pillar Two and tax and investment treaties. USCIB member Scott Levine (Baker McKenzie), Jason File, Director of International Arbitration and General Counsel at USCIB, and Félicie Bonnet (OECD) were quoted, among others.
