OECD Joint Working Party on Trade and Environment (JWPTE)

The March 7-8 meeting of the OECD Joint Working Party on Trade and Environment (JWPTE) will be held virtually and in-person in Paris.
Please register for this event with aharrington@uscib.org by February 23, 2024. Please note that the size of our business delegation to the OECD session may be limited, and participation will be subject to confirmation only.
The discussion will focus on strategic directions for JWPTE’s programme of work for 2025-2026, including Trade Implications in Circular Economy, Non-Tariff Measures affecting Environmental, sustainable supply chains, green hydrogen. The meeting will further feature sessions on recent WTO activities and related initiatives on trade and environment and on fossil fuel support among others.
