In advance of the virtual UN Biodiversity Summit at the end of September, the UN will hold a series of special virtual sessions of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA) and the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI) to facilitate preparations for SBSTTA-24 and SBI-3.
